We are just regular people like you, someone who has been on both the sides of job market. I have been in the position of job seeker who endlessly refreshed job listings, rebuilt resumes and hoped for the replies of job applications that never came. On the other hand, I have also worked with hiring teams, tried to find a right and well-fitted candidate among hundreds of profiles that didn't tell the full story.

This platform is born out of that experience. Out of hope, disappointment of candidates and the belief that we can do better for those talented candidates who are eagerly searching for the right job opportunity and for those companies too, who are searching for the right fit.

We build this portal cause we are very well aware of what it feels like to want more—the clarity, honesty and humanity in a process that has become too transactional. In initial journey of your career, everyone dreamed of a place that genuinely understood what it's like to be building a team from scratch. This place refers to that.

Whether you have recently graduated fresher trying to land your first opportunity or an employer tired of generic job boards, you both are welcome here.
